Provide direct patient care and medication administration within a 24/7 detoxification and stabilization center. Formulate individualized nursing care plans and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure integrated patient care.
Must possess a current Oregon RN or LPN license and BLS certification. Requires completion of an accredited nursing program and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
This position provides direct patient care for a medically monitored 24 hour 7 day a week 58- bed detoxification and stabilization center. Has the support of Medical Director and Nursing Manager.
Hooper Detox provides both 24/7 inpatient and outpatient withdrawal management and stabilization services for people seeking treatment for substance use disorders. Many of the staff at Hooper are in recovery themselves and have experienced the challenges that come with withdrawal and early stabilization. They serve as reminders that recovery is possible and often provide the first rays of hope for the long journey ahead.
Shifts available 24/7 but a strong preference for night shift availability. On Call employees must work at least one NOC shift per month to remain active on payroll.

$30.67 per hour for LPNs and $53.10 per hour for RNs
