The Registered Nurse will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications while ensuring accurate medical documentation. They are also responsible for responding to medical emergencies and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Candidates must hold a current RN license and possess an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience in an acute or emergency care setting and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and facilitate interdisciplinary communication. Participate in patient care conferences and case reviews to ensure continuity of care.
