The therapist will facilitate group therapy sessions for adolescent and adult clients within a Partial Hospitalization Program. They are responsible for developing clinical curriculum, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support client recovery.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology. A current professional license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required, along with experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
Facilitate therapeutic groups for adolescent and adult PHP clients. Develop engaging, clinically appropriate group curriculum and materials. Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Monitor client progress and communicate clinical concerns as appropriate. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and required trainings. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environment. Support overall program operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, including completion of a clinically based internship. Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is required. Prior experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or partial hospitalization preferred. Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred. Ability to work effectively with both adolescent and adult populations. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
