The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat residents in assisted and independent living communities, focusing on speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs. They will create personalized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient independence and quality of life.
Candidates must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist or license-eligible in the state of practice. A graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program is required, along with an interest in geriatric rehabilitation.

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
