Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care including trach/vent management, medication administration, and assistance with daily living activities. Monitor and document patient conditions while maintaining clear communication with families and multidisciplinary care teams.
Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan. While home care or private duty experience is preferred, it is not strictly required.
