The Intake Program Assistant provides administrative support to the Home Care Department, including telephone coverage and data management. They are responsible for processing consumer records, preparing reports, and assisting staff with waiver paperwork.
Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. An associate's degree is preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
