Provides administrative support to the Community Transition Liaison team, including data entry and case documentation. Assists consumers with public benefit applications and housing submissions while accompanying liaisons on facility visits.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred and at least one year of relevant experience. Must have reliable transportation and a secure home internet connection.
