The Home Care Program Assistant provides administrative support to the Home Care Department, including telephone coverage and data management. They also assist staff with tracking waivers and recipient choice forms while ensuring accurate reporting.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred. At least one year of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
