The caregiver is responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities according to their specific care plan. They play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to safety regulations.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must also be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully complete a competency examination and orientation program.

Caregivers responsibilities (snapshot)
As a Caregiver you will be responsible for assisting the client in aspects of their daily life as is indicated by their care plan. Caregivers have an important role in allowing our clients to maintain their independence. Caregivers are provided training and tools to be successful in their role, including training on the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and are provided access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training are also provided to all interested caregivers as Professional Development.
