The Clinical Care Coordinator provides patient care according to age-specific needs and assists in managing patient care within a physician office setting. They work under the direct supervision of a provider to ensure efficient clinical operations.
Candidates must hold a current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA) or EMT and possess Basic Life Support/CPR certification. A high school diploma or GED is required, and one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
The Clinical Care Coordinator I demonstrate the competency to provide patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assist in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.
