The Physician Assistant will provide medical care in office and hospital settings, including performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and assisting in orthopedic surgeries. They are also responsible for developing patient management plans, documenting care, and performing emergency room and floor consultations.
Candidates must be graduates of an AMA accredited physician assistant program and hold a current North Carolina PA license. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants is required.

Current in the following: North Carolina PA license Certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Prior experience in the field of orthopedics is preferred but not required. Prior experience as a physician assistant is preferred but not required.
