• Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups.

• Program Overview: River Edge is currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the Baldwin Outpatient Unit.
• Key Responsibilities: Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file.
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication.
• Update patient records in a confidential manner Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff.
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.
• Assists physicians and registered nurses.

Qualifications

Practical Nursing Diploma Current LPN license, in good standing with the Georgia State licensing board Minimum of three (3) years of mental health experience.
