The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the acquisition, preparation, checking, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical supplies to nursing units and community health services. They must ensure accurate handling of pharmaceutical products within the hospital environment.
Candidates must hold a Pharmacy Technician Diploma and be licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals. A valid driver's license and a clean criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search are also required.
