The Quality and Compliance Specialist supports quality and compliance initiatives, working on audits, incident reporting, and documentation. They also assist with tracking quality indicators and participate in various compliance initiatives.
Candidates should have an AA in Business Administration or Health Administration and at least 2 years of experience in quality improvement and compliance in a healthcare setting. Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required.

The Quality and Compliance Specialist supports the quality and compliance initiatives of the organization, spearheaded by the Quality and Compliance Manager and Chief Operating Officer. The Quality and Compliance Specialist works on a variety of projects, including audits, incident reporting, documentation, and administrative support of policies and procedures.
Duties: and Responsibilities:
BA in Business Administration or Health Administration. 4 years’ experience in a healthcare setting working with quality improvement, risk management, and compliance. Experience with electronic health records, meaningful use, and incident reporting. Prior experience working in a non-profit setting.
