The Behavioral Health Therapist performs comprehensive assessments and provides a full range of counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions. They are also responsible for representing the agency in the community and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling or a related field and possess an LPC or LSW license. At least two years of experience in the mental health field is preferred, along with the ability to travel for community-based services.

We are now hiring for a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Calumet office.
• The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $58,000 and $70,371 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level. Of note, is that candidates possessing a LCSW or LCPC may be considered for a possible starting salary up to $78,864.
• Satisfactorily pass all screenings and criminal background checks.
• Driving for work required with transportation of clients preferred in a personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites not required.
• While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing and viewing a computer terminal.
