The RN will provide overall care management and high-quality hands-on care to ensure the well-being of residents. Additionally, the role involves providing support, training, and coaching to team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Candidates must hold a current Minnesota RN license and possess experience in dementia care. Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills are required, along with a valid driver's license.
