The Advanced Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, which includes conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and promoting health education and disease prevention. They must also order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and hold current certification and licensure. A minimum of one year of APP experience is required, preferably within a primary care setting, along with strong clinical skills and proficiency with EMR systems.
