The Respiratory Therapist maintains patients' pulmonary function and supports their respiratory status by administering prescribed respiratory therapy. They evaluate treatment plans and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Candidates must have an Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy and six months of relevant experience or a recent clinical rotation. A valid state Respiratory Therapist license and current BLS certification are also required.
