Job Overview

Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide services within CoreCivic facilities in Ohio. This role typically follows a 3-day per week schedule, giving you both flexibility and consistency.

✔️ Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care ✔️ Improve mobility, function, and quality of life ✔️ Collaborate with medical and facility staff ✔️ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with guidelines

Qualifications

🎓 Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree 📄 Active Ohio PT license in good standing 🧠 Strong clinical and documentation skills ❤️ Commitment to patient-centered care
