The clinician performs in-home behavioral assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides consultations and training for families. They are also responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals and completing all required clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a human services field and an active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC). A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and experience working with children with severe special health care needs are required.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.
The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.
A true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.
Qualifications: ● Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
● Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
● Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
● Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
● Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
● Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
● Effective written and verbal communication skills
● A compassionate approach to care

Salary: ● Starting at $64,000
● Stay-on Bonus at 6-months - $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC
