Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their residences to restore self-care, work, and leisure activities. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals to deliver integrated early intervention services.
Must be a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a valid New Mexico license and one year of professional experience. Requires BLS/CPR certification and a valid driver's license with personal auto insurance.
$750 Sign-on Bonus
