Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team.

What You’ll Do Patient handling and husbandry Client education and partnership Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management Diagnostic management and medication administration Emergency triage and response Detailed medical record keeping Run appointments alongside assistants You’ll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.
What We’re Looking For 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred Bond Vet is only considering applicants who have independent unrestricted valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer and accept new employment for this position.
Bond Vet does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position and cannot facilitate F-1 visa STEM OPT for this role.
