Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning. Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home care or nursing preferred. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client locations. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
