About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home care or nursing preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Active HCA

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
