• You’ll Do: Respond to on-call visits within a 50-mile radius of Tulsa, offering timely and compassionate care. Deliver high-quality hospice nursing services after hours, including crisis response and death calls. Provide clear communication, emotional guidance, and education to families. Document all services accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care.

• For: Current RN license in the State of Oklahoma. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice experience strongly preferred). Strong communication, assessment, and crisis-intervention skills. CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. A genuine heart for hospice and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
