Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to those in need? Join our dedicated hospice team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) and bring comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during life’s most important moments.

About the Role

• In this vital position, you will deliver personalized care in the patient’s home or facility setting—assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, and offering emotional and physical support.
• Whether it’s helping someone bathe, preparing meals, or simply being a comforting presence, you’ll be the heart of our care.
• What You’ll Do: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Change linens, wash laundry, clean living areas, and maintain a safe environment.
• Measure and report vital signs, intake & output, and observe/report health changes.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation, and patient positioning.
• Administer basic treatments such as enemas, heat/ice packs, and non-sterile dressings.
• Support medication adherence as directed by nurses or physicians.
• Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs and assist with nourishment between meals.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments or errands as needed.
• Provide care for pediatric patients or disabled family members when applicable.
• Document care and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
• Assist with post-mortem care as needed in hospice settings.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of an approved CNA program or HHA certification course. At least 1 year of direct care experience preferred (hospice or home care a plus). Ability to lift up to 75–100 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods. Must pass any required pre-employment screenings and background checks. Why Join Us?
