The LPN is responsible for evaluating resident needs, implementing care plans based on physician orders, and administering medications. Additionally, they monitor vital signs and supervise CNAs to ensure proper care and assistance with daily living activities.
Candidates must hold a current Florida LPN license and be CPR certified. Experience in long-term care, Med-Surg, home health, or working with developmentally disabled adults is highly desirable.
