The role involves coordinating office procedures between medical staff and the billing office to ensure smooth information flow. It also requires acting as a liaison between physicians and patients while maintaining compliance with research policies.
Candidates must be professional, detail-oriented, and team-motivated. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong communication skills are required.
Responsible for collaboration and coordination with research program staff and other departments. Acts as liaison with physicians, patients and other office staff. Responsible for assisting in the development of and administration of office policies and procedures. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Must be team-oriented, detailed-oriented, motivated, friendly, professional, and responsible. Work permit must be shown if under the age of 16.
