- Description The Nursing Assistant II (NA II) is an entry-level position specifically designed for current nursing students aiming to enrich their preparation for a nursing career.
- Under the guidance of an experienced nurse, you will acquire valuable hands-on experience by providing safe, efficient, age-specific care to patients and families in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and/or sustain optimal health status.

- NA IIs work under the direction of an RN to provide safe, efficient, age-specific care to patients and families to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and/or sustain optimal health status.

Education Requirements Enrollment in a Diploma RN, Associate, Bachelor or Master’s degree of Nursing Successful completion of a hands-on, direct patient care clinical through a Registered Nurse Program Most up-to-date transcripts must be uploaded with application Note: Education verification will be required upon receiving a job offer.

Special Skills, Equipment: Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (i.e. stethoscope, thermometers, glucometers, and electronic monitoring devices). Excellent communication skills.
