Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and medications per physician orders; monitor for adverse reactions
• Collect relevant health data; analyze assessment data to identify care needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate interventions to achieve outcomes
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate with the nursing team and other care providers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment; document care activities accurately

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in California (state of practice required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an AH-approved vendor; CPR certification or BLS per AH policy acceptable
• BSN preferred
• Ability to work in an inpatient infusion care setting
• Experience in infusion nursing is not required but may be preferred; otherwise, relevant nursing clinical experience
