The role involves planning and directing speech therapy services for a variety of medical patients, including cardiac and neurologic cases. Responsibilities include educating families on diet modifications and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for patient care plans.
A Master's degree in speech-language pathology and a NYS SLP license are required. Candidates must have BLS certification and specific experience with Modified Barium Swallow studies and the trach/vent population.

Master's degree in speech-language pathology required. NYS SLP license and registration required Previous hospital experience preferred Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to staff members, management peers, and hospital administration. Prior experience with EPIC preferred Prior experience with Modified Barium Swallow study required BLS Certification through the American Heart Association. Experience with trach/vent population required.
Usd $44.41 - Usd $55.55 /Hr.
