Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Job Summary We are hiring a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients through secure telehealth sessions. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, ongoing counseling, and helping clients work through mental health concerns in a structured virtual care setting. Job Details Location: New Jersey Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and related concerns Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Follow HIPAA, ethical, and New Jersey licensing standards Active New Jersey LPC license in good standing Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field Previous counseling or therapy experience Comfortable providing care through telehealth Strong documentation and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LPC looking for a steady remote role with meaningful client work, we welcome your application.
