The LPN assists with the medical treatment of clients, administers prescribed medications, and manages medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA. They also respond to medical emergencies and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to promote client health and hygiene.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a current LPN or RN license to practice in the state. Additional requirements include passing criminal clearances, a drug screen, and a TB test.
