Deliver compassionate, high-quality skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments and medication administration. Coordinate care with providers and families while maintaining accurate patient records and educating patients on safety.
Must hold a current Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) license and a degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS certification and the ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs, are required.
