Requires a Master's degree for NPs or graduation from an accredited PA program with current MN licensure and certification. Candidates should have BLS certification and experience or interest in internal medicine, rheumatology, or related complex care fields.
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides comprehensive, patient-centered evaluation and management for individuals with complex, multi-system, and often overlapping conditions. The clinician will assess and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses including fibromyalgia, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC/Long COVID), postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and related symptom clusters (e.g., chronic pain, fatigue, dyspnea, sleep disturbance, cognitive concerns, and autonomic symptoms). Care is delivered in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment that emphasizes diagnostic clarity, symptom management, functional improvement, and longitudinal support.
