Transplant- Inpatient Surg NonOR- Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant- Piedmont Atlanta

• Overview APP- Inpatient Surg Non-OR (Transplant, FT) Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join the collaborative team of Piedmont Transplant.
• The Advanced Practice Provider inpatient team covers liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant patients and patients with hepatobiliary disorders.
• The Piedmont Transplant Institute is a leader in the Southeast in patient outcomes, transplant volumes, and community outreach: performing 300 kidney transplants and ~140 liver transplants in the most recent fiscal year.
• No OR.
• 40 hours per week, four 10 hour shifts.
• Inpatient work includes shared weekend and holiday coverage.
• No nights."

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of work experience as an Inpatient PA or NP.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Required: PA: Graduate of a Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board
• OR- NP: Graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing Business
