The physician is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and coordinating care for patients while maintaining strict documentation standards. They must provide culturally competent care and educate patients and their families on illness and treatment plans.
Candidates must be Board Certified in a primary care specialty with a current Illinois state license and DEA registration. Proficiency in Electronic Health Records and knowledge of HRSA and FTCA regulations are required.
