Provide essential patient care including bathing, monitoring vital signs, and glucose levels while reporting changes to the charge nurse. Maintain a clean environment and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR while adhering to HIPAA compliance.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a certified nurse assistant course. Must hold or obtain BLS certification and be a licensed MO CNA, EMT, or have completed nursing school fundamentals.

He/She must have the ability to assist with the collection of data for objective assessment, and to identify the needs and requirements of the patient and report to the charge nurse/team leader. They will act within the scope of practice for Nursing. The Nursing Assistant reports directly charge nurse/team leader.
