Providing individual In-home therapy and Telehealth therapy sessions.
Performing bio-psycho- social assessments is a plus.
Provide coping and social skills, anger management and reduce risk behaviors such as SIB or physical aggression.
Work to improve youth and caretaker decision-making skills to manage in-home behavioral challenges.
Collaborate effectively and consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and/or professionals from other disciplines who also work to support the youth and family.
Submit all required documentation and paperwork within designated time frames (intake, treatment plan, DAP notes, etc.)
Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory clinical documentation.
Must be able to complete or willing to train for Bio-Psycho-Social assessments.
Requirements
Must have a master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
Active license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW, LFT); candidates with out-of-state licenses may be considered if reciprocity applies

Has post-internship field experience working with youth with mental health disorders with clinical experience
Has experience with creating treatment planning, treatment goals setting, progress notes, and initial assessments.
Has experience in various counseling approaches: CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response
Knows how to use the DSM-V for Assessments and Diagnosis
Must be available for a minimum 6-10 hours per week during after-school hours of 12noon through 8pm. Weekend flexibility is a plus.
Must maintain a minimum caseload of 2–3 clients for part-time staff
Must have experience providing positive behavior supports.
Must have prior experience working with children ages 3-20, and working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) is a plus.
Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
Must pass all state and federal background checks
A pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role.
Must submit resume plus copies of master’s degree, with a copy of NJ or Certification or License.
