The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises. They must also track progress, adjust care as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of all treatment outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and possess an active New Jersey Physical Therapist license. Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings is preferred, along with strong clinical reasoning and communication abilities.
