Provide psychotherapy, crisis interventions, and family support to youth in foster care to improve mental health and well-being. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
A Master's Degree in a human services field is required. Candidates should possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
