Provide home-based physical therapy services including evaluations, assessments, and treatments. Deliver patient-oriented care within a Medicare Home Health Agency framework.
Requires a Florida State PT License, CPR certification, malpractice insurance, and a recent physical exam. Candidates must have at least 3 years of PT experience, including 1 year specifically in Home Health with Oasis experience.
