The MDS Assistant is responsible for completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and managing the interdisciplinary care planning process. They must ensure all activities comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Preference is given to those with one to three years of MDS experience and two years of professional nursing in long-term or geriatric care.
Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
Position is full-time, onsite at the building.
