$135,051 - $189,071 / YEAR
Provide medication therapy management and clinical services to inpatient medical and surgical patients to ensure safe and cost-effective drug therapy. Perform distributive tasks and provide didactic and practical training to pharmacy residents and students.
Requires a Bachelor's or PharmD degree, a Wisconsin pharmacy license, and at least one year of clinical patient care experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, while ASHP residency and board certification are preferred.
