The Psychiatric RN, as part of the core services team in the PACT Program, provides nursing assessment, direct-support services, and primary healthcare to seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals. This role involves frequent monitoring, developing recovery plans, coordinating services, and providing extensive mental and physical health education to both clients and team members.
Candidates are required to possess a valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license and must have one year of experience working with individuals who have serious and persistent mental illness. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record are mandatory.

Salary: $85,600- $96,300 annually,
Location: Serving all of Essex County
Work hours: Full time 40 hours
$5,000 sign on bonus, 4day work week (one weekend day needed)
Work Schedule: 8:00am-6:30pm flexible on days
As part of the core services team, the PACT RN provides nursing assessment, direct-support services and primary health care to seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals enrolled in the PACT Program. Provides support and education to other team members in nursing/medical treatment and health care.
Required qualifications: ⦁ Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

Experience: One-year experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness
