Responsibilities
Plan and conduct segments of OT treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, aligned with department objectives
Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, coordinating care with other team members
Provide OT services to adults in acute rehab, with exposure to neuro, ICU and cardiovascular populations
Assess patient needs, set goals, document progress, and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
Utilize Epic for documentation; Cerner experience is a plus
Educate patients and families on therapy plans, safety, and activities to support continued recovery
Requirements
Experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, or Cardiovascular settings
Proficient with Epic EHR; Cerner experience is a plus
Ability to work in an acute care/inpatient setting on a travel assignment
Availability for a 13-week assignment starting 06/29/2026
Strong collaboration and communication skills to support an interdisciplinary team
