Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with urological conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform surgical procedures as necessary Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and their families about urological health Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Stay updated on the latest advancements in urology Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico Previous experience in Urology preferred Strong diagnostic and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care Willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 2+ weeks per month

Clinic and call coverage

Patient Volume: 15 per shift

Case Types

Kidney stones, prostate biopsies, lithotripsy, radical prostatectomy, bladder lesions, radical nephrectomy, bladder lifts, circumcisions, cytoscopes with dilation, etc.

Some robotics required

Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
