Provide direct patient care and comprehensive assessments within the Hematology and Medical Oncology departments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to administer treatments and educate patients and their families.
Requires an active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts and an Associate's degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates should be board-certified with a strong understanding of oncology principles and clinical assessment skills.

As a Locum NP, you will play an essential role in delivering comprehensive care to patients, collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Provide direct patient care in the Hematology and Medical Oncology departments Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop patient care plans Administer treatments and therapies in accordance with established protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care Educate patients and their families about treatment options and side effects Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts Associate's degree in Nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred Basic understanding of Hematology and Medical Oncology principles Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in an oncology setting is highly desirable Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5p
No call requirement
