Provide high-quality skilled and non-skilled care to seniors within a PACE day center. Follow established plans of care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with activities of daily living.
Must possess a valid Colorado CNA license and CPR certification. Preference is given to candidates with 6 months of experience and those skilled in working with older adults or clients with cognitive impairments.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - $4,000 Sign On Bonus Available
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
The PACE Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing the highest quality of skilled and non-skilled care in the PACE day center where the participants participate in activities, socialize, and enjoy lunch together. The CNA will follow the established plan-of-care for each participant that may include ADL activities, monitoring vital signs, and communicating any concerns or changes to the proper IDT member.

PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.
