Salary

Provide personal care to hospice patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families during illness and grief.
Must possess a current Colorado CNA license and a valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation. Requires a compassionate spirit and the ability to communicate effectively within a medical team.
Hospice Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Mon-Fri 8am-5pm - 40hrs/week $4,000 sign-on bonus

CNA's for Hospice are responsible for providing personal cares to our patients. Our CNA's meet the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. They are part of the interdisciplinary team that all work together to create a one-of a kind experience for our patients and their families.
The schedule is primarily Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with occasional on-call/weekend coverage.
